We loved the scenic lake view from our queen room. All the staff we encountered were incredibly friendly and polite. - the hotel has a fantastic location near the town center and shopping area with plenty of stores. - Being within a 10-minute walk from Pear was a huge bonus. - the meals offered were excellent with a variety of options available.

It would be nice if the facility would turn/flip the mattresses on the beds. Mine was so worn down by people sleeping on the inside next to the nightstand that I had to sleep diagonally on the bed ...not very comfortable.

The staff was fabulously helpful, very friendly with every request. The rooms were brand-new and modern with a work desk, a couch bed, and an electronic key card. We loved excellent food.
